After placing an order, you will receive an email containing the shipment date and other details of your order. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

1.Within 14 days of receiving the product, contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you the approval or rejection of your refund.

Your refund will be back to your original payment within 3-5 business days. 

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking fee charged to the consumers for the returning product.
